
The Cliffs is a corporation with a charter of covenants and bylaws is run by the board of directors. The board is elected by the residents and is responsible for managing our community. Residents are expected to be involved in the process by attending regularly scheduled HOA meetings to keep informed and to vote for changes that affect them. All owners of property must vote in person or by proxy. Elections to fill vacant board positions are held annually. A notice will be mailed or emailed to all homeowners informing them of an upcoming election.

Board Meetings
Board meetings are held at 7 p.m., every 4-6 weeks. Location and date will be posted in advance. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Committees
Our Association has committees which actively seek homeowner participation. Current committees include:
- Infrastructure (Sewer, Water, Roads, Drainage, Fence)
- Landscaping and Snow Removal
- Welcoming Committee (New neighbors, Block party)
- Website
- Security Camera

Homeowner Dues & Fees
Our Association handles all dues, assessments, finances, and budget as a homeowner group “in-house”.
Homeowner dues are billed bi-monthly.

Moving
If you are moving or your house is for sale, please make sure you contact us so we can be of assistance. One of our neighbors may be interested in relocating or know someone who would love to live in The Cliffs.
